Earlier today via Twitter, Justin Bieber announced his free concert which will take place tonight at Harlem's own Apollo Theatre. 500 tickets were up for grabs to those who headed over to Macy's in Herald Square and purchased his new fragrance 'Girlfriend.' Not exactly free since you had to buy $168 (plus tax) worth of his 'Girlfriend' line to get 2 free tickets, nonetheless we're sure his NY fans would've done anything to see him. His album 'Believe' hits stores tomorrow.
