Carly was the night's big winner with 3 awards! I guess Justin knows how Usher feels now, outshined by a girl. We tease! Plus, Justin couldn't have been too bummed though; he took home two awards himself including the 'UR Favorite Artist,' which was voted on by the fans (that must have felt nice).
Katy Perry also took home a pair of fancy bookends, winning the two big international awards. Justin is lucky Katy is not Canadian too or he may have gotten beat by two girls!
