Justin Bieber on Ellen

Good news for the fans of One Direction and Justin Bieber! Justin talked to the a DJ from radio station BBC Radio 2 and he said that he would like to collaborate on a song with One Direction. All they would have to do is to ask for Justin and he would do, or at least that is what he said. We already know that the boys have met with each other and have both stated that they enjoy each others work. So this doesn't not come as a surprise since we know that the desire is there on both ends. Here is the full comment that Justin made about the possibility of working together.

(they are) really talented. If they wanted me on their album, they just have to ask…They're my boys. They came over to my house. We hung out, we talked. I have a pool so we all went in the pool. Just chilled out.

Well it does sound like he has a really good chance of making a duet happen. He is big into helping others and while they certainly do not need his help, I am sure they would love that connection to Justin. My only main question here is how Justin feels about their popularity competing with his? They had more media coverage early this year than he did and for a while, it did sound like they were more popular than him. So I would think that has to have crossed his mind to a certain degree, even if he has handled it well or has plans to help keep him on top of the game. He has been in the industry long enough to see how the business works, so I would like to think that he has things planned along for rough spots ahead of him.

Do you hope that they record a song together? It would be fun to hear, but I do think that they should plan it for the right reasons. It could easily become messy between fans and while I am sure the song would come out good, they have a lot of thinking ahead of any collaboration. Or at least that is how I think they should handle it. Nobody wants a misstep for any of them and I am sure their managers want to keep things in order for the sake of their fame. Do you agree they should take their time with it?
