Ok, so the UK has just as much Bieber Fever as the rest of the world. Justin Bieber notched his first UK No. 1 album when Believe landed at the top of the chart, selling 38,000 copies its first week out. Believe bested Bieber's previous best British chart position – 2010's My World peaked at No. 3. As previously reported, Believe is practically a sure bet to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this Wednesday.
