Justin Bieber's 'Believe' Is the Biggest Debut of the Year - No. 1 Spot ... Jun 27th 2012, 16:21 Justin Bieber is on top, literally! According to Billboard.com, his new album Believe has had the biggest sales debut of 2012, with other 374,000 records sold in the first week! Not only that, but Believe debuted in the No. 1 album spot on the Billboard 200 chart, making it Justin's fourth No. 1 album in 2 1/2 years - a record for most hits in the time frame.  This also marks a personal best sales week for Justin, with Believe beating "My World 2.0"  which sold 291,000 copies in its second week in April of 2010.
