Justin Bieber will have you know he’s no teen flash in the pan — he’s Just Getting Started, according to his “100% official” book. He tweeted: “Hope u like it, I can’t wait 4u 2 read it.” (We just hope he can spell out “y-o-u,” “f-o-r,” and “t-o” in the actual book.)
