The final time someone compared , the teen prodigy had an on-air tantrum. But as they say, the explanation is in the pudding — or in this case, the mash-up video.
motionless to take Bieber’s singular “Boyfriend” and mix it with to emanate the ultimate summer jam supercut. The writer of this mash-up acknowledges that Bieber and Timberlake have separate voices, though it’s flattering tough to repudiate that their particular hits sound rather alike. However, we’re not utterly certain Bieber would agree.
When the teenage materialisation premiered the strain video of his lead singular “Boyfriend,” compared the video — that featured selected cars and copiousness of girls — to another barbarous strain video: *NSYNC’s “Girlfriend.” After all, both videos underline parking-lot parties filled with quick cars, flattering girls and hip-hop-influenced dance breaks. Bieber, however, didn’t locate the similarities since he says he’s never seen the classical *NSYNC clip.
“I only feel like my strain is going a totally opposite route, though … hats go off to him,” . However, the Biebs was singing an wholly opposite balance during a new talk with a morning radio show, “Mojo in the Morning.” when radio horde Mojo commented on his similarities with Timberlake.
“I wish we take this as a compliment,” pronounced Mojo. “When we initial got played the strain by your record people, and this was months and months before it came out, they pronounced ‘Take a listen to this and tell me if we can tell me who this is.’ we suspicion it was Justin Timberlake.”
“When we listened ‘Boyfriend’ for the unequivocally initial time,” he continued. “I suspicion it was Justin Timberlake’s single.”
However, Bieber didn’t take it as a compliment. “Man, that’s crazy since the voices sound zero alike,” he said. “I mean, I’m not perplexing to sound like anyone. Saying we sound like someone else is not unequivocally a compliment. … we consider if we were to contend ‘I listened some Justin Timberlake-esque things in your sound,’ we would take that as a compliment.”
Unfortunately for the 18-year-old, the mash-up only doesn’t censor the songs’ similarities.
What do we consider of the mash-up? Should Bieber welcome his middle child bander, or do the dual marks sound zero alike? Tell us what we consider in the comments.
