No, they are not, because she is 18, he is 16, and in California that’s not allowed, if they were dating, they would have been breaking law, so no they are not dating. At least not to Antone’s knowledge, but maybe they secretly do. There was interview in which she explained they are just friends, and that she thinks of him as younger brother. I watched it on youtube.

Okay. so when Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have $ex is it technically statutory r@pe? Cause shes 18 and hes 15 or 16 right? How does no one notice this? Cause we all know that if an 18 y/o guy was doing it with a 15 or 16 y/o girl the parents and the police would be looking to throw his a$s in jail.
And yes, that really happens to dudes. They get thrown in prison then have to register as sex offenders for the rest of their lives.
And one more question, what do you think the age of consent ought to be, if you could change it right now?
