Alana Thompson from TLC’s Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, is one contradicting child! She recently talked to People Magazine about her celebrity crush and she names pop star Justin Bieber as the winning guy. This comes as a surprise as she has previously disclosed her dislike for him. Perhaps this is why Miley Cyrus is a fan of this mysterious child who seems to enjoy switching things up a little too much. As for what she all had to say about celebrity crush, you can watch the video clip down below to hear her actually call Justin her crush. For those who miss her country antics on TV, the show will return with three new holiday specials starting in January.
I am not sure what to say. I like Alana and her show, but I do feel as if she might be coming across as contrived in some of her more recent comments. Such as hating on the Biebs, who she later admits to liking. Yes, she is a kid and lots of kids say that but I just feel like he might have been an all to easy to hate celebrity to pick with this current One Direction craze that most girls her age have. So I don’t know if I can believe that she ever really did dislike Justin at all right now.
Are you surprised by her pick? I was, but it is also normal for someone her age to like him that way. So I feel like as a whole it is normal, but maybe not the normal personality that we see from Alana when she is on screen. However, she could have changed her mind as well at some point, which certainly is not unheard of from someone around her age. I suppose in the long run we will have to wait and see who she could crush on next once her second season kicks off sometime next year.
