His plan was to murder and castrate Justin Bieber plus take the lives of at least two other people. Martin recruited Mark Aaron Staake, a man who has been in and out of prisons since the 90s, to help carry out his plan. Authorities believe the two met while serving time together. While out on parole, Staake enlisted his 23-year-old nephew, Tanner Ruane, to help carry out the castration รข€” an important job considering the men would make $2500 per testicle. Martin also specified that they strangle Bieber with a paisley tie, which is his calling card. In a bizarre turn of events, Martin ended up confessing to police.
