Apparently the car was arrested by traffic police after committing an offense, but Bieber was not driving the vehicle. It was then when the photographer started to take some snapshots of the incident and when he finished, he crossed the street with such bad luck that was rolled.

The police are trying to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic accident, but have ensured that the young singer was not at the scene when the paparazzi were hit and that the Ferrari was not involved at any time. The identity of the deceased
The authorities have refused to disclose the identity of the photographer, but it is very possible that we have seen pictures of him on occasion, especially when photographing Bieber charge.
