Wanted to find a cool uplifting story today but unfortunately, this one is the one that hit closest to home and made an impact on me today. While trying to take pictures of who he thought was Justin Bieber in JB's ferrari, local LA photographer was hit by a car on the 405 freeway. This has lead to a lot of people speaking up about laws and regulations that protect not only the photographers, but also celebs, innocent public bystander and police officers.
