Justin Bieber's Paparazzo Death Prompts Neil Patrick Harris ...

As shutterbug Chris Guerra continues to be missed, other celebrities are offering their opinions on the tragedy.

Reporters caught Neil Patrick Harris at El Lay's Magic Castle yesterday and asked for the actor's thoughts on the man killed in pursuit of Justin Bieber pictures.

NPH is an intelligent dude, so his carefully articulated reaction shouldn't surprise you.

Unlike Mileybird, who was quickly suggested the deceased was a fool, the How I Met Your Mother star revealed a nuanced position.

He admitted:

"There's so many thoughts. I don't know where you begin with that without sounding like you're taking a stance one way or the other. I certainly think that being a public person, a celebrity people are interested in, means they're going to want to know all about you. And the minutiae of your daily life is sort of up for public consumption. I don't know where the line is. I mean if the paparazzi stopped at every red light, they'd lose the picture. But they're not the only people that run red lights. So you can't come down on them hard."

It's certainly a complicated issue!

Celebrities prosper greatly from their popularity, but too much attention is annoying at best and, as we've seen too many times, dangerous at worst.

Neil explained:

"But I do think it's trying for people who are trying to live their lives in an everyday way to be constantly accosted by not only people wanting their photo but being abrupt and derogatory in order to get a facial expression. That can't be fun. I'm thankfully not that exciting so I don't get a lot of that. But yeah, it sucks when people die."

Ugh! There is no simple solution!!

It's perfectly healthy to take interest in those you idolize, but we hate seeing people getting hurt!
