Justin Bieber reportedly beat up guard - Justin Bieber City

One of Justin Bieber’s former bodyguards has stated that the Canadian pop singer had beaten him up. The bodyguard named Moshe Benabou claimed that Bieber beat him during an October confrontation. At the same time, he is also looking for over US$ 420000 in overtime as well as other wages.

Moshe Benabou’s suit states that Justin Bieber repeatedly punched after a disagreement over how to handle one of his entourage. The lawsuit says that Bieber fired him after he walked away. Moshe also added that he was mistakenly said that he was not entitled to get overtime money in spite of working 14 – 18 hours in a day from March 2011 to October 2012.

According to reports, Moshe is looking for unspecified damages on the assault as well as US$ 421261 in wage benefits.

In a statement, Moshe’s attorney Ilan Heimanson told that for nearly 2 years Benabou completely devoted himself to ensuring Justin Bieber’s personal safety. Like any other employee, Moshe Benabou needed to be treated with dignity and respect and in accordance with the law. But he was not treated like that.

Justin Bieber’s album named Believe was ranked 6th in the sales record of 2012 and over 1.3 million copies has already been sold.

Los Angeles prosecutors, in October, denied to file charges against Justin Bieber following insufficient evidence that the singer kicked and punched a photographer near a movie theater.
