HOLLYWOOD – Former Israeli soldier Moshe Benabou is dragging singer Justin Bieber to court for almost $500K, the balance of his salary.
Benabou claims he worked for the singer for seven months. He claims Justin Bieber struck him back in October because he was dissatisfied with how one of his crew members was treated.

Benabou reportedly ran away after the confrontation, at which time Bieber fired him.
The former bodyguard states he was told afterwards he had no right to the salary he earned from overtime. The amount Benabou is suing for amounts to $US421,000 for unpaid overtime, unpaid vacation time and unpaid bonuses.
Sources close to Justin Bieber have said that Bieber never struck Benabou and that he is just a disgruntled former employee looking to cash in.
Reportedly Moshe Benabou was fired because he had lied numerous times, including about his past employment.
